I didn't read your blog about cheese Heather but I thought you might be interested in a book that I saw come through the library today... "IMMORTAL MILK... ADVENTURES IN CHEESE" It's nonfic but might make a more interesting fictional title, I think. LOL (If you respond here I probably won't check back)
