Well, we made it! I missed three days altogether but most of the posting was good. My final post is something I worked on for a couple of weeks so that I could post it. It's a minuscule part of my fiction "Death and Politics at the end of the world" but it also stimulated by some of the earlier posts I did not religion. Thanks for hosting once again, Amy!
Yipee! I didn't miss a day, but man, this last week was tough. It got me back in the blogging swing again, but I learned I'm not cut out to write everyday. I'll be back again next year though. I little pressure is good for me.
I missed writing quite a few days in October despite my best efforts. I learned that it's really, really hard to blog daily with an 8 month old and other family occurances...but I enjoyed it and hope I can try to do better with it next year.
i had a lot of fun, trying different ways of blogging, and the best thing is improved my memory! As I had to remember to blog every single day! :D Will definitely sign up again next year..
I learned that anything and everything is blog fodder! And that it's fun to do this... will likely join again next year, but Ummm.... I'm not a "once a day" poster for sure.
It's been a fun challenge; I plan to sign up and be "official" next year. :) I learned a lot and went out on creative limbs I wouldn't have explored without the incentive. Thanks for a great idea!!
I had a great time. The best bit was getting to read a whole lot of new blogs, and having a whole lot of new visitors commenting on mine. Will definitely be back next year!
It was a different experience this year compared to last, and I suppose reader participation mattered more than just churning posts, however interesting or not I could make them. It's a shift in trend in bloggers mindset. Either way, I did post and I believe I kept the interest going (bar weekends) - been a little stressful as I was sick for 3 weeks of the four.
..but most definitely writing everyday's an awesome learning experience.
I thought this was great. It was a little stressful a couple days when I was really stretching for a topic, but I think the comaraderie more than balanced that.
I didn't miss any days (success) and found a few blogs to follow from this point forward, so overall it was fabulous!
Thank you for taking this on and getting us organized!
I managed 31 posts because I'm OCD, but there were many times I hated myself for signing up for it :) Daily posting doesn't work well for my readership in general and it really messes with the way I like to schedule certain types of posts. But in all likelihood, I'll convince myself to do it again next year. In which case, I've asked Manisha to clobber me.

Searching for a Starry Night, A Miniature Art Mystey - bff's, a missing mini painting and a nosy Dachshund = a fun kid's mystery!

i totally agree with betts.
i did it everyday but the last week was difficult.
ill definitely do it again next year though. the challenge is fun.
I did it every day, though there were at least two or three completely worthless posts (including my one-word post, "urp.")
I loved the challenge and I will definitely do it next year!

I had a great time!
I did manage to get a post in every day, although I will freely admit that I was really scraping the bottom of the barrel there this last week or so.
Looking forward to trying it all again next year. But for now... a little vacation from the blog-o-sphere is definitely in order.
*group hug*
I had a lot of fun!! And I can't believe I actually pulled off posting everyday :-)
Now, if only I can reach the 50k for NaNoWriMo next month...

I'm glad I participated, but I'm glad its over. I didn't manage 31 posts, but a hearty "Bravo" to everyone who did!
